Upholstery & Drapery Cleaning
We clean commercial upholstery using a pre-conditioner, pre-spray, brush scrub, and steam extraction method, leaving furniture fresh and dry within approximately one hour using our dry master tool. Draperies are cleaned in place — no removal required — using an inspection, even pre-treatment, dry-cleaning system, and deodorizer.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our Turbo Tool connected to a truck-mounted system cleans at 1,000 PSI and 190°F, removing soil, mildew, fungus, and bacteria from ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone surfaces. We service restrooms, kitchens, pool areas, entryways, and lobbies. Recommended every six months, and can be combined with carpet or upholstery services in the same visit.
